We are very delicate creatures, K.

We use a lot of towels and you boys drink a lot of beer.

If the chemistry is right, it all works out just fine.

I do sometimes use one to stand on, IF my rug is being washed. But I only stand on a towel that has already been used and is therefore technically dirty, so it doesn't necessarily count.

I don't wash with a washcloth, I either use a bath sponge or just apply the soap directly to my body.

I use one towel to dry off arms and legs, then wrap myself up in it and walk to my room. From there I bend forward to keep my wet hair out of the way while I reuse that towel to dry anything I may have missed. Then I reuse it AGAIN to wrap around my hair while I get the dry part of me dressed. After that, I dry my hair with the same towel, and sometimes hang it on my shoulders if I will be blow-drying my hair. Finally, the towel gets hung to dry and to be stood on for the next shower.

How does that affect your average?

you use 2-3 towels!?? what the heck. most women I know use two, I use one. Women use two because their hair (on average long hair) stays wet longer and they don't like to dry it with the towel for some reason. So they just roll it up and put it ontop their head. The other towel they wrap around them. If they are using more then two kick them out of your house because that is just crazy.

Get your towel, dry yourself off the best you can without stepping out of the tub. Then lay your towel out on the floor. Step on it as you leave the tub, then stand on the edge of the towel and bring the farthest end up to dry off your bottom half. You should be fully dry,....or atleast dry enough. number of towels used......1. easy

Well, I'm a woman and I just use one. But I also own a robe, so perhaps that accounts for the one that some women use to wrap around themselves...But other than that, I'm shocked. Why would someone waste so much water on washing all those towels?

Sorry, I use ONE towel. I have a bath mat on the floor. I get out of the shower, use the ONE towel to dry my hair so it is not dripping then I dry myself off and wrap myself up......all with ONE towel. Imagine that!

What woman have you been watching?
I only use one towel..... Here's how.... as soon as you stop your shower/bath, you ring your hair (if you have LONG hair like mine), step out of the shower/tub you grab the towel, dry your body off some what, put your hair up using the SAME towel, put body lotion on, and then put your clothes on. I only used ONE towel.

You forgot the other towel for mopping out the tub and the towel for mopping up the floor and the two to go over the towel bars for tomorrow. I guess I take in an even dozen.

Where did you get that statistic from? I don't feel the need to use 6 towels. I use two, one for my hair, one to wrap around myself. I highly doubt most women really need that many towels...

I only use two towels: one to stand on and one to dry off my body and hair...and yes, I am a female.

Well i use 2.. one to pat and dry but that same one is also the one i use to wrap my hair... then another to have for myself. There are rugs on the floor.. so no need for one to stand on.
