I am a shy guy and I want to talk to people but I am too shy and I don't know what to say. How can I be more open?

Well I was a super shy girl, so much so that I wouldn't look people in the eye. Now that I have grown up a bit I have learned to have more confidence in myself. If you want to make a friend just go up to them and start by saying hi that is always the easiest way to start. Depending on where you are you should consider asking whether you can take a seat at their table if they are alone or something not too creepy.

well iam very shy too so these answers would help me but i think by slowly being more open, start by saying hi to a stranger in the store them move on to having a conversation and well thats it

feel free to express yourself and not be affraid to hold back anything that you want people to know about yourself. when you meet somebody new and you find out stuff about that person, don't be affraid to tell them thing's about yourself and what you like to do. also do not forget to tell them about you, how old you are, color of your eyes, hair color, so on and so on.

Think of it this way-- there are no strangers in this world, they are friends you haven't met yet!!!!!!!! :)
Maybe ask God for help on this question, God works in mysterious ways.
