Arkansas is NOT the cheapest state to live in. Ive moved all around the US and other countries, and Arkansas is one of the few states that are behind on many "social" timelines, but ahead in "Financial" ones.
In Arkansas, you are taxed on everything. From when you shop, to your property (You must pay a yearly tax on any car you own, whether paid off or not. House, Land, etc.)
But they are behind times in laws and industrial growth. Arkansas is run different from any other state imaginable.
Out of all the places I have lived, I would say Alaskais the chapeast-only because you get a dividend yearly, taxes arent as high.
Bad thing is, shipping is more...and some things are not always offered to Alaska and Hawaii, only the lower 48.
