Depends on what kind of information you are looking for. Yahoo and Google would be a good place to start. Pubmed on the National Library Medicine is a good place to look as well (link below).

www.guidelines.gov provides a database of clinical guidelines. They summarize the recommendations provided in the guidelines.

WEBMD.com has very good references and will let you work from symptoms to problem as well as research diagnosis and medicines.
