Scorpio from my personal experiences. Sagittarius as a close runner-up.
Edit: True about Leos as well. Ok.. those three signs are the worst. I can't say one is worse than the others though, it varies.

From my experience, I'd have to go with Cancers. The Leos in my life has always looked out for me and the last Leo I was friends with used to buy me little gifts just because so they're not all that selfish to me.

Libra by a long shot. I was in a relationship with one. I couldn't believe how self-centered she was. And they're very good at hiding it, they'll deny it completely.
Leo is very self-centered. I don't know what it is about them but they just seem to think it's all about them.
Sagittarius is another big one. They think the whole world revolves around them and if you don't treat them like it does they get angry.
I think any sign can be selfish & self-centered but in my experiences these are the biggest ones.

I personally can say this being a Capricorn myself.
I can be very self-centered. I've also known Leos, Aries, and Cancers unfortuntly we could never be indoors because of
our inflated egos.

Mostly Aries, also Leos. Aries always has to be right and everything you say has to pertain to them in some way or they stamp their little foot - Leos need TONS of attention or they do the same thing.
