University of Miami; because they recruit locally and as you may or may not know, the inner city in Miami is about the worst in American in terms of poverty and crime. There are numerous areas in Miami which produce top quality talent that end up playing for UM: Liberty City, Overtown, Opa Locka, Carol City.

what is wrong with the University of Florida? Every team has at least one pot head. I agree on Miami though. But FSU has dropped off ever since the Dillards incident.
