my favorite is the 1986 Mustang SVO, for under $5k you can get a car that will go 150 mph! I've had 4 of them, my kids keep taking them :(

A Maybach 62. It's not a sport/super car. It's a new top of the line luxury car that is made by Mercedes Benz/Diamler Chrysler. It kind of looks like an S class, but is longer and has much better features (refrigerator, screens in the back of front seats, reclining rear seats, four zone climate control, opaque sunroof, and complimentary champagne glasses). It does however have the twin-turbocharged V-12 that is in the S class that produces 612 hp (not sure if that's bhp or at the fly wheel) and that will get this beast of a car from 0-60 in around 5 seconds which is outstanding for a vehicle of this weight. It also has soundproofing plates on the wheel wells and throughout the rest of the body to prevent as little noise as possible. This is a car of magnificence and top luxury. It starts out at $357,000.

If I ever become the type to collect cars, among them would be a pre-2000 Viper Coupe, a Buell motorcycle, and a truck. Probably a chevy or a ford

1959 Caddy Convertible....speed don't matter
1967 Plymouth GTX.....Speed still don't matter
1967 Ford Mustang....Still don't matter
1951 Mercury Coupe...Still don't matter
Bottom line is...Speed don't matter...it's about appreciating the art form that is the American Automobile. It's hard to admire the beauty when it's traveling past you at 90mph.
