at the grocery store when you are putting all your stuff on the conveyor belt and you see the stuff of the person behind you sliding up. You can tell what shape the person is based on the food choices they have. i.e. healthy/thin person----healthy nutricious food
fat/unhealthy looking person------white bread, potato chips, prepackaged meals etc.
If you haven't noticed, start paying attention and check it out. If you are the fat one, ask a skinny friend to take you shopping and watch carefully what choices they make.
