Actually I think this is true! Not the swallowing part because that is YUCK! BUT I know that if you are nauseous and make yourself not vomit all that bad that your body wanted to get out going up and out goes down and gets bad in your intestines and goes out that way. My husband hates vomiting so he will hold it in at any cost but he ends up in the bathroom hours later letting it out that way.

do not worry.. it has like a 1 percent of that happening... but if u eat bad food, ur body throws it up and u swallow it.... i m sorry for that person in that situation... he/she is gonna have a rough time in the toilet... lol

No. Vomit is strictly an upper digestive thing. Diarrhea is strictly a lower thing. There is, in a sense, a valve dividing the two.
