It's an oldie, from the nineties, about two high-school aged sisters who wish on a shooting star and switch lives. Anyone know what it's called?

I think I know excately what movie you are talking about it. It is from 1997 called Wish upon a star, it used to come on the Disney channel, I am almost certain it is the movie you are describing.
