Dell Dimenson 4100 motherboard form factor.
The motherboard is a Intel D815EEA AAA10383-407.
I am thinking about gutting it and just keeping the case with all new parts. I know the power supply is proprietary because the motherboard power cable is unique only to Dell. Also is the power button and reset button proprietary as well?

It looks to be an ATX form factor motherboard. The power and reset buttons shouldn't be proprietary.

it wont fit becuase dell optiplex 760 uses the opposite side motherboard unlike standard cases your only option is to get a different motherboard that will fit your new case and current ram cpu etc.

All of Dell's stuff is pretty much proprietary.
