Did you mean notionate?? It either means strong-willed (stubborn) or having foolish and fanciful notions.

I also got this error message. I get it when trying to load a Java applet to play Yahoo spades. It means that the applet has not loaded (was not initiated?). I have been seraching everywhere for the answer. Nothing yet.

Did you see this is the margin of a school paper that you got back from the teacher? Perhaps he or she was noting that the paragraph was not to be indented but you can't read their scribble.

I feel it conveys: "Not intiated". Initialization problems. Just as in Applet notinited.
