Success in what?
Nobody can succeed in every field of human life.
The greatest success is perhaps to become a mature person, which is to be successful in accepting all failures.
In order to become mature, we really need hard work in learning. It will cause a dumb person to become smarter than any persons without learning. Yes, learning, learning, learning.

Yes to all of the above! I really mean that. Sometimes ya might not want to be to obvious about it, ya know what I mean, except many only to the right people at the right time.

There is a moral, hide you're gold while you are young. Ever see the commercial, where the boss can't get the answer? And this junior partner finds it, and says, hey! I found the answer.

And the boss says, Congratulations! You have probably saved this whole company. And now you can pack you're bags because you are fired.

Yes, it always pays off. Even if you have to switch jobs once in awhile. From place to place a reputation begins to build.

Working with people, learning strategies of how to work with people is very important, too. Maybe even at least, if not more important than the others. But it won't work without the others.

Some that really are successes to start with don't stay that way, and vice versa.

The key to success is treating other people as you want to be treated. Be honest, don't gossip and work very hard. Attendance is very important. Learn to do something you like, because 40 or 50 years is a long time to do something you hate! It doesn't matter how smart you are, but you must at least have a propensity for what you are doing.

True key to success? Worshiping our Heavenly Father & doing His will and helping others to see what hope is in the Bible.
Sure hard work pays off and no you don't need to be an Einstein to be a hard worker.

Success is determined by the achievments/accompishments of goals. There are many measurements of success i.e. happiness/wealth. The path to success is trying. Without persistence you won't be able to succeed.
