Most certainly! You can control what your kids eat, YOU are the parent, You are the one that tells them NO! I hate to watch those kinds of episodes. It breaks my heart for those kids. They have no future if their parents dont control it now. I do know that not all heavy kids are due to the over eating, that some are medical, and I feel sorry for them as well, but for the parents that say ya have another pancake with 10lbs of syrup on it, whats it gonna hurt, to you I say OPEN your eyes and see what your doing to YOUR kids future.

I really feel that it is child neglect,When a parent lets their kids eat what they want when they want no matter if it could kill them or not,to me that is very neglectful. Most parents just do it so they can keep their kids quiet.I don't believe in starving a child and they should be able to eat any time they are hungry, but lots of kids just like adults will eat when they are bored, and some kids will do it just so they can get some attention from you. There is nothing wrong with giving a kid a donut or two but not a box or two.

I wouldn't quite call it child abuse, but it does toe the line in some cases, and I think those parents are not being very responsible, especially if there is no medical reason for their child to be in that condition.

Yes, I do. The child can't choose what he eat totally so it's up to the parent to feed them right. Altough there are rare cases where there is nothing you can do. But those cases are very rare.

no of course not, thats just stupid. if they are dienied food and cry and the parent feel bad for them and give it to them anyway its not there fault they have a soft heart and it hurts them to denie thier kids stuff. but if you hold them down and force feed them, then yes.
