Why would you want to make yourself have one, just get an abortion and get it over with. There is no food to make you have a miscarriage. My boyfriend threw me off the bed onto my back when i told him I was pregnant and you know what I miscarried, so try jumping off the bed onto your back and see what happens you sick person. Grow the hell up and take some responsibility. Quit asking dumb *** questions.

I even do not comprehend why your husband ought to imagine that quite spiced foodstuff is volatile even as pregnant. there are many myths accessible about what you could and ought to't do/eat/positioned on etc etc etc even as your're pregnant. If we stuck to each and each and every of the made-up and exaggerated do's and do not's, lets all be enclosed in plastic bubbles for 40 weeks.. and then probably informed that being enclosed in a plastic bubble isn't secure for the toddler... actually, as long as what you're eating is cooked thouroughly and has lengthy exceeded with the help of perfect cleansing/upkeep, you're nice. No raw meats, no large fish (shark, king mackaral, etc), no unpasteurized cheese or juices, and obviously no toxins which include medicine/alcohol/cigarettes, and also you're nice. do not eat too a lot of a few thing, be confident you have become a properly rounded eating routine, take your supplementations, and also you're nice... If I had to bypass the entire being pregnant without quite spiced foodstuff, on properly of giving up my beer when I get off artwork and my cigarettes, properly, each and each and every of the time, and power drinks, and blahhhh blahhhhhhh blahhhhhhhhh i ought to bypass absoulutely loopy... Congrats on the being pregnant, and powerful luck!!! appreciate your delicious quite spiced foodstuff!!!

There´re actually no food categories that can be considered forbidden in pregnancy. What one must be aware of is the necessity of having a balanced and healthy way of living, and yet more during gestational period. And this indeed includes not eating food containing excessive sugar, salt, and any caloric meal in general.Because the consequences could be hypertension, gestational diabetes, just to mention some of the most important, which can result in harmful efects to the fetus.Regarding misscariage, what matters most is avoiding any trauma on abdominal wall, and seeing a doctor for investigation of genetic of immunological causes that could be involved.

Soft cheese, such as blue cheeses, Feta, Brie, Camembert, refrigerated smoked fish unless it is cooked in something like a casserole (Canned is safe), Deli meats such as bologna, hot dogs, etc unless they are reheated. Do not consume raw milk or any other unpasteurized juice or dairy. These items can cause Listeria poisoning, which can cause little or no symptoms for the mother but be deadly for the baby.

Most of the common 'no no' foods to eat are:
-Soft cheeses like Brie and Camembet
-Processed foods like Bacon
-Salads from buffets or salad that has been out for a while in the open air
-Alcohol and foods that may have alcohol in them

Just mainly watch for foods that could have a build up of bacteria, make sure you wash fruits and veg and make sure while you are out you ask for fresh foods only. :)

I didn't know any foods could cause miscarriage?? Some will cause excessive heartburn ..which is REALLY not fun. With my first son I will never forget the first night I had heartburn. It was the first time in my life ... I was only 18 and I really thought I was having a heart attack!! It was awful I was crying.. my husband called his parents at like 2 in the morning asking them what he should do... haha I had my first son naturally! no meds.. and let me tell you for me the heartburn was even worse than that...

You should avoid raw meats and things that might have bacteria also though ..

Food doesn't cause miscarriages! More times than not, a miscarriage is an unavoidable event that happens when there are genetic problems with the embryo/fetus.

As to what foods to eat that are good for you and your baby, I would eat things rich in folic acid (and take those pre-natal vitamins!!!), fruits, vegtables, lean meats....things like that. I would also watch the salt intake since you may end up with swelling as it is!

Eat healthy as you should even if you are not pregnant, but avoid overly doing seafood that may contain mercury, soft cheeses like brie, raw fish like sushi, and even eat deli meats in moderation. :)
