Carr is a better QB anyway you slice it. Don't favor anyone going against that Bears D. Those boys are for real!

Carr really sucks, but Bulger plays Chicago. Carr is definitely a hit or completely miss (last week), however the buzz in Houston is all about the home town boy (VY) coming to town, and Carr strangely, can get up for big games (Green Bay Sunday night a few years ago). With Houston fans upset that the team did not draft VY, Carr has a huge opportunity to prove his 8 MM signing worth!

I'd start Bulger, in my opinion, he's more consistent than Carr, Carr could go for 3 TDs, or go negative in points.
Risk, take Carr, play it safe and take Bulger (even if it is Chicago.)

That is tough. Carr was benched last time against tenn. because of inaffectiveness. But, bulger struggles against anyone with a pass rush, but has a chance to score 2wice. I'd take carr this week.

Carr hasn't had a good game since Sept. He was sack by Oakland def five times. He has no offensive line. Go with Bulger.

Carr is playing a soft defense so i'd definitely take him. Plus, he's been throwing the ball like crazy lately. The TD's will come for him eventually.

Bulger unless his MRI reavels damage to his ribs. I myself am playing him against Chicago for a spot in the playoffs.
