Dream I'm some where in the tropics on a warm, sandy beach with a really nice looking man serving me large drinks in coconut shells with multi-colored paper umbrellas in them. Awww....this is the life!

Put some very thick socks on, and sit down with your feet close to the heater/radiator.
Eating warm foods helps.
But really, physical activity will help most. Dancing, jogging on the treadmill, aerobics, something that will get your blood pumping and the sweat dripping.

I bake and cook a lot using the oven when it's freezing. It keeps our apartment warm.

if you are not averse to electric blankets, I would suggest you try this. Fantastic! first tried it during a winter vacation in New Zealand - managed to convince all my friends - they never look back after trying it

If I'm sitting down enjoying a movie, or sitting at my computer, I put alot of blankets on my while I'm sitting. Or you can enjoy your fireplace if you have one and it gives off heat.
