No there is no reset button. Inspect your fuses . If they are all good your need to test for power to the fuel pump.If this is over your head take it to a repair shop, as this can be tough. If you have power there than the pump is no good.you'll need to drop the tank and remove the pump assemble. It comes with the fuel level sender. About 600 buck I believe.

Is it actually running??? Those things go bad with incredible frequency on GM's. If not then the pump is probably bad, or the relay in the fuse box. Also the grounds get back on general motors where the pump plugs to the harness. If it is running and no fuel to the rain it has to go through the filter first. Check that. Other than that nothing would stop it short of a damaged fuel line. The regulator allows "return" but doesn't stop it coming to the rail. At least not on most cars I have seen. No reset on GM's. Ford uses them but not GM. GM often uses the oil sending unit though to cut the fuel pump off in the event of vehicle rollover. Works as when the car is upside down and gas is running out, so is the oil out of the crankcase. Engine loses oil pressure and pump cuts off. Even if the guage or light works this could still be the trouble as separate set of contacts in the oil sender for fuel pump.

there is no reset switch on that car. make sure your getting power to the pump. try this. have someon start the car while you beat on the gastank with a hammer. sounds crude but if it starts you have a bad fuel pump. hope this helps.
