I am trying to put together a powerpoint presentation on this subject and I am hitting a wall. Just the elements in general would be extremely helpful.

Age is one. A contract with a minor is not legally binding. Do a search on yahoo for more. I found that using sites that end in .edu are really helpful because they usually contain professors notes and lectures (from other colleges).
