A guy on the interstate near Springfield IL. He was weaving back & forth across both lanes and I thought he was drunk.

My answer is like yours except it was a woman she was reading the paper and talking on the phone at the same time guess she was trying to find something but she almost found the front side of my car.

Yeah, I saw a guy with a book once and just a few days later heard a radio bit about how it's a "learned skill" or some BS. It seemed to me to be hugely irresponsible and foolish. I personally don't care if idiots choose to endanger their own lives but don't take it on themselves to endanger me and mine.

Just last week, in the morning rush I saw a woman, who I assume is involved in business on her cell phone flipping through a stack of papers. I think she was steering with her knees.

I saw, with my own eyes, a lady talking on cellphone, smoking cigarette, drinking coffee, writing in her diary and reading a map on Interstate 10! Traffic was heavy, stop and go - but all true!
