Rutgers is a 7-point favorite in this re-incarnation of the Houston Bowl. The Texas Bowl is at Reliant Stadium in Houston (home of the Houston Texans) on Dec. 28. Signature win for Rutgers was upsetting then-ranked #3 Louisville; signature win for Kansas State was upsetting #4 Texas. Rutgers is currently ranked #16 in the nation, Kansas State is currently unranked.

I'm a Rutgers grad, so I might not be the most unbiased, but if I was looking at this from the outside, I'd still favor Rutgers. K-State isn't as good as they have been in the past and Rutgers has the best player on the field in Rice.

Rutgers. I think although they had a few loses, they are still a great team. I'm certain they will pull through.

With all the upsets happening lately...I will have to go with Kansas State! Watch and learn...
