One piece of advice though...make sure you learn the fundamentals of baseball. Cause if you don't have that, it doesn't matter how much weight you lose

Go on a diet and exercise 5 time a week for 45mins. Mix up cardio and strength training.

cardiovascular exercise, lower your carbohydrate intake, find a friend to exercise with to push each other. Do not eat carbohydrates at night before you go to sleep
