gargle with unpasturized apple cider vineagar and warm water. it will even kill strep. drinking pineapple juice is good, there is a componenet in it that shortens the time of the cold that is almost sure to follow. also, i use 1,000 mg vitamin c every 4 hrs until the symtems dissappear..good luck

Gargle w/ hot salt water, use a throat lozenge, and drink hot tea w/ lemon and honey. Try cloreseptic is these dont work

what has worked for me... fresh chilled pineapple (Must be fresh not canned) and though it doesnt cure a sore throat it helps relieve the pain temporarily

Yep, Medical Honey would have to be the most effective. Ask if your chemist has it or can get it in. Its also good on wounds & a lot of hospitals are starting to use it

Suck on ice cubes or crushed ice. The coolness soothes and numbs and helps with any swelling. Of course if it persist go to a Dr.
