The only thing I can add to Iani's answer is that David attended the University of Western Ontario (my employer) here in London Ontario. David, while attending Western, lived in a residence on Campus called Sydenham Hall. Elton recently performed a concert here in London at the John Labatt Centre in what was described a homecoming for David.
