Absolutely. Look at all the children running around whose fathers don't want anything to do with them. Men would be lined up down the street in front of abortion clinics.

Men already suport abortion rights my a sizable majority, it's the fairer sex that does not support it as strongly. Might have something to do with the fact that some men want to be able to pressure their girlfriends into having abortions rather than raise an unwanted child.
I might also remind you that it was 9 Men who found a constiutional right to have an abortion in Roe v Wade and 1 women whose swing vote narrowed the right to have an abortion in Casey v. Planned Parenthood.
So in answer to your question, No, men being able to have babies would not end the debate.

Abe Lincoln addressed your type of logic well. He asked:
How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg? Four. Calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg. --- So, calling a man a woman does not make him a woman. It's just a cheap shot at men in general - which makes me think you have issues with men. Regardless, you have a weak argument for abortion.
-- Twisted logic does not change evil to good. Murder is murder, regardless of what looney, contrived reasoning one comes up with. Here's a better question for you:
"If abortion isn't murder and you were trained to do it, could you look at a sonogram, reach into a mother's womb and cut up a baby into little pieces and suck its brain out with a syringe without feeling guilt?"

I deplore these people who think that masculinity is a barrier to empathy. It is just reverse sexism.
All of the Supreme Court Justices who decided Roe v. Wade were men. What do you think of that?

Any question that stats with "if men had to have babies..." is un-answerable., it would change the world WAY WAY to dramatically.
Also something to think about:
Does this argument work:
"If men had to go to war and die -- They would never start wars!"
