I have found that I often dream about what I was doing when I fell asleep late. For example when I read in bed, I dream about reading a book. The best part of this is that the material in the book (in the dream) is really profound and I have no idea who wrote it.
So, try rehearsing the dream you what to see right before you go to sleep and see what happens.
You will definitely need to keep a dream journal. Good night!

Create a visual and pay attention to the emotional sequences, you can encode this into your unconscious. And you may want to drink a lot of water before bed, as to wake you up in the middle of dreaming to help remember it. The emotional sequence is the key.

yes we can it all depends on how far you are able to think of it in the day and the amount of desire you have. it can certainly happen but it is not sure the day you think of.... but will surprise you if you constantly do it.

I've tried this, because I've heard you can - but I've never been able to make it happen.
