It may cost too touch a stripper or a hooker for that matter but not any other woman unless she feels drawn too money and desires to be paid in order for someone to be able to touch her but me I couldn't pay to touch a female ever cause that would be absurd.

Guys, there is no price for touching, women love it when it's sincere.
Touching of the arm such as a tenderly stroke is acceptable and will not cost.
