Make one page for every month.

DECEMBER
1) 15 minute run
2) sprints & weights
3) plyometrics and sprint drills*
4)....
5)....

Make out a schedule tha works for you. DON"T do weights everyday. Maybe 3-4 times a week. You should ALWAYS do your coreworkout and stretch to prevent injuries everyday. ( make sure you warm-up like running or something before you stretch )
*sprint drills are like high knees, kick butts, lunges, side skips...ect.
Good Luck

8:00 a.m. - 9:00 - breakfast (balanced protein/carbs/fat)
9:00 - 10:00 - stretching & yoga
10:00 - 10:30 - Serving (Work from slow to fast - all serve types)
10:30 - 12:00 - Weights (All muscle groups are important in tennis)
12:00 - 1:30 - Lunch
2:00 - 3:00 - Groundstroke/Volleying Drills/Reaction Drills
3:00 - 4:00 - Point scrimages
4:00 - 5:00 - Cardio (Sand Sprints, uphill sprints, shuttle runs)

But, realize there is no "magical schedule" that will make you into a professional tennis player. If you are really serious about your goal and realistically have enough talent, you should seek out a coach with a good reputation (if you do not already have one). They will be able to assess your strengths and weaknesses and determine the appropriate training schedule for you.

Also important is playing regular competitive matches. You will only continue to get better by playing people who are challenging opponents. In addition to applying challenging players, you also need to play them in competitive settings (like tournaments) to give yourself exposure to pressure-filled matches.

So, to really answer your question.... only a knowledgeable coach who is familiar with your game can truly give you a solid training schedule that will actually benefit you.
