Try telling your parents that you are having a hard time getting used to your new school, that even though you are trying hard, you are finding it more difficult than you expected, but that you will speak to your teachers about what you can do to bring up your marks & promise to try harder. Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Now is a good time to talk to your parents. When did you realize that you were having trouble? Have your assignments with so that you can show your parents what you are doing and the grades you are getting. You and your parents have the right to meet with your teachers and discuss their expectations and what can be done between all of you to make sure you succeed in school. Your parents may yell but I am sure that they want you to succeed. If you show that you want to succeed and are willing to meet with your teachers and parents they more than likely will talk to you instead of yelling.

Talk to the guidance counceler at your school. He/she should be able to help. Maybe they have a different level of classes you could be put in to.

I had the same problem years ago, changed schools and the classes were way advanced compared to the school I came from. I have always regretted not talking to someone about it.

They may be able to get you tutoring or some other type of help to get you up to their level. Don't let it go. And consider talking to your parents about it before report cards come out, they may be able to help along with the school counceler.
