Why do we marry the opposite sex when we are so different? ; )

hmm, I know what you mean......so many people are concerned with same sex marriages.........but what about the opposite sex...our parts fit nicely......well, mine didn't, but I mean in general!
Why do we have opposite sex marriages? Maybe we shouldn't. Perhaps if we only hung out with the opposite sex for sex it would be better........guys could go hunting all the time.....play poker every night, smoke cigars in the house etc. We women on the other hand could whine and complain about cramps all we wanted........hell, if we started a commune we would all menstruate at the same time, so that whole, PMS putting up with mens **** would only occur about five days a month. God help the planet those five days though. I think that would be the week to send all the offspring to the mens town, don't you think?

totally agree- but even if it was the same sex, i won't disagree.
-agree with how people should be able to marry whoever they want, also, who cares who people marry? i mean, its their choice. plus, it was the tradition of marrying the opposite sex from the start.

most of the population has opposite sex marriage. how can you disagree? same sex is much more contrevertial.

Like I said in the last question love is love. As long as you are not getting married for trivial matters then go for it. Just don't do the celebrity thing and get married every other year.
