jump off your left foot for right hand lay ups and jump off your right foot for left hand lay ups. If your doing right hand lay ups practice without dribbling the ball and take 2 steps starting with your right foot and jumping with your left do the same thing with your left hand. Once you get the hang of it go a little farther and dribble the ball for the lay ups continue to practice this drill until it is perfected. Good luck

Alright! First, start off running slowly.

With one hand, jump right foot first then left and feel for that sweet, near-the-rectangle spot on the backboard.

Physically the ball will hit and fall down (hopefully into the net). In game, fast break and then go SLOW.

You may miss, like me :( Hope you don't.

Mikan drills, lay-up with right hand, get rebound, lay-up with left hand, get rebound. Do that 50+ times each hand everyday.
