Funny... I'm a teacher and I am also looking forward to the holiday break! I guess the best thing to do is just keep at it until school is out. It sounds trite, but we all have to do it. Enjoy the time with your friends -- and celebrate the holidays for the next 20 days!

Go Christmas shopping and give to the poor. Go caroling or plan a party. There's lots to do -- and 20 days until Christmas!

Old saying.... Never wish your life away. Sometimes it can be hard, but if you focus on what you are doing at the moment.... school work, reading, etc time will seem to fly by. On the weekend?? Try baking cookies and delivering them to neighbors, or trimming a tree or decorating your house. If you live where there is snow, try shoveling an elderly persons driveway or sidewalk.

Not sure really (apart from perfecting the old sleeping in class technique...) but my favorite - and inspiring - aunt told me when I was still at school

"Everyone will tell you that your school days are the best of your life but that's crap. The best days come after you leave."

Don't know about you but I found that pretty damn re-assuring at the time and guess what... It's true!

Enjoy!
