download belarc advisor and run it. It will tell you everything about your desktop.

Reboot your computer and enter the BIOS. Most information can be found during reboot (the initial boot screen will display a lot of information) or in the BIOS.
If you have an image during boot, hit ESC. This might remove the image and display the detailed contents.
