We're doing a group cooking project in my history class and I was put in a group with my ex best friend/rival/the person I REALLY hate. What do I do to not get mad, act my self... in other words. Keep my cool.... or however you want to say it.

just do the project don't talk to them unless its absolutely necessary trust me i've been there its going to be hard to just ignore them but remember it's your grade and a person you hate is not worth you getting a bad grade

Do the assignment and focus on that. Remember: you are in that class to learn; not to socialize. Also, working in groups is a great way to learn that sometimes you are paired up with people that you don't necessarily like in life but you have to work with me. I think you'll do fine if you'll remember the reason why you are in the group in the first place.
