Sponge buds may remain attached to the parent...is there a specific reason or its just does

look cherly, in multicellular organisms like hydra, asexual reproduction takes place by the process of budding.A bulging on the body appears as result of mitotic division in the cells.This lateral bulge is called bud. This bud develops as the hydra matures.Now,there is no specific reason of ur answer.it's just natural.everytime buds will grow & form new organisms.

Hi. Some kids just hang around. I think in the sponge's case the buds eventually break off.

I studied this in my Biology class, and there seems 2 b no answer. They may mature and produce by budding, also.j
