The answer is that you should just go to your friend and resolve the issues. This way you will not feel so bad about what happened, and both you and your friend will feel better about the whole thing.

The easiest way to get over this is too apologize for fighting with him. What was the fight about?? It's the xmas season and you should be thankful for having such great friends. Quit using your friend as an excuse to over eat. Quit being so emotional. There are greater things in life that you should be celebrating. Be thankful for being alive, be thankful for your family, be thankful that you have a big and bright future ahead of you and you can make it whatever you want. If this doesn't work then find a new friend that will appreciate you more....

First of all, Solo Grlll is right-it would help to know what the fight was about, who won, why the fight was, and why the winner won.But not knowing thoes details, I think it's safe to say, you should some how contact the friend with whom you quarled or fought. Maybe offer an acceptable appology and reconcilliation. If your offer can only be accepted under certain conditions ( I do mean if!), agree to them!

well...first off, the answer may relate to what the fight was about. but one thing is for sure, if you are very affected by it, obviously this friends means great deal to you. if you want to just forget him without any closure for the argument which may still be bothering you, it may be hard. having closure and making peace with any arguments helps to get over anyone or anything unpleasant. hope this helps.

if you're in school catch up on work... keep yourself busy or hang out with other friends... i tend to shut everyone out for awhile give the silent treatment and push it aside which isnt always good but for the start try that then resolve things i guess... good luck :)
