Is Rune equipment the best for nonmember and how to get all the rune stuff?

Yes, rune items are the best for nonmembers. I would suggest buying a set for 180k or wait until prices drop. By the way, to wear rune plate body, you have to finish dragonslayer quest. oh yeah man rune equipment is best for non members but it cost alot of money to buy the stuff so my advice you is if you want to buy it and know where you can go to gamespot and on its search bar type in runescape then click on the icon that says runescape after that go to cheats then see if they have the guide to tell you what to do to get the armor hope this helps you

it is the best armor for nonmembers and u can buy it from other charcaters or u can mine rune in the wilderness and forge it urself but first u must do the dragon slayer quest

yes rune equipment is the best for nonmembers right after addy....but if you are maging or ranging i wouldnt wear it it brings ur mage down and range has its own armor d hide vote for pedro i mean me for best answer =)
