You have ((x^2)/2)^4.

This implies that (x^2) is to the fourth power AND the denominator 2 is to the fourth power, too.

So you have (x^2)^4/ 2^4.

(x^2)^4 = x^8 (you need to multiple the powers - it's a rule)
2^4 equals 16 (2 x 2 x 2 x 2 = 16)

Therefore x^8/16 is your answer.
