47% of those polled responded 84% negatively and 92% positively but 18% failed to understand 76% of the question 54% of the time! Therefore, 90% wrongly responded 43% incorrectly while 68% rightly responded 55% wrongly! So 5% - 12% error factor reveals 92% fact check show 77% incorrect and 59% not wrong! Poll was 99%!
