According to "The Millionaire Next Door," the path to riches is to work for yourself. I recommend reading it... I found it to be research-based and highly informative. You about won't believe what businesses make it big; but here's a tip... it's usually a business few people want to do!

It is my experience that...A. Employers are not concerned with employees getting rich..because then they would lose the employee because said employee would not have to work..they would be rich! B. In the event that you have a lucrative oppurtunity to work for yourself..riches may be attained..but the satisfaction of being your own boss would make the money seem frivollous! C. You may realize, in being your own boss..what an utter pain in the keeshter you were to your previous employers! Best wishes..

In america working for someone else, big business dominate this country, there's little room for small business. If you do get your own business, 50% of your profit will go to taxes, america will tax you to death, unless for some strange reason you do manage, good for you. Plus, you can't retire from your own business, and there's no benefits, so you are out of luck. My advice to you, america has a head start on technology, go to a developing nation and start a business there, it's better suited, as long as the country has basic infrastructure, you should be fine.
