There is a high majority of straight people who have had 'gay' experiences throughout their youth. It is a perfectly normal phase that teenagers go through. It is a way of getting to know the person that you are. Having what you term as 'gay' experiences does not mean the person is gay. They have just experimented with their sexuality and chosen the path that feels right for them. The same way that gay people have a few straight and gay experiences in order for them to work out whether they are gay or not.

As a youth your at that experimental stage. Your exploring new things. In time as you grow older there will be things that you may not want to do anymore. This is not exclusive to gay experimentaion. It's like being in Little League baseball for one season and finding out that your no longer interested in it and you switch to Hockey. It's the same concept. Homosexuality is more by choice than genetics or it being heredatory. Pro-Choice.

Yes. Exploration of your self and sexuality is very normal and doesn't mean you are going to live the rest of your life as anything. A lot of people do things in their youth as exploring that they never do again. Doesn't make you gay or straight.

Many adolescents go thru a phase of gender-identity confusion; all those childhood years your best friends are usually those of your own gender so when the hormones kick in, it leads to "crushes" and attraction. Also, some are just curious and want to experiment, they may find the same-sex experiment a complete turn-off but at least then they know.

Yes, it is possible, in the same way as for one to be straight in youth and gay in adulthood. It is possible for the "gay" person to turn out bisexual. I didn't experience my first heterosexual crush until I was 16. I consider myself bisexual.

This is one of these questions that assume you have to be "either" gay "or" straight but there are many many variations in between. A person can be gay at certain times of their life, Bi at other times, straight at yet OTHER times People are complex.

For instance many men are perfectly straight but will , whilst in prison, become gay. Or at least, carry out homosexual depravities. Yet on being released, they will assume a "straight " role again.

Life is not clear cut on these issues. It all depends on inclination and opportunity.

We all go through the experimental phase, some go on to try it just to see what the big deal is about that does'nt mean that your going to be gay in 3 years time,no harm in trying something and leaving it if you dont like it,
i have a friend who says he is gay but has female relationships hes as i put it one of the undecided ones who likes to have best of both,no harm in that

Of course, many heterosexuals have had same sex experiences (especially in early or mid teens). And the same is true of gay people, many have had heterosexual experiences. Its where you are at now that counts and matters,

Experimenting isn't unusual and it doesn't label you for life.
