I have Panda antivirus software installed on my pc and it has had nothing but errors come up for about a year now. I was told these errors are normal unless they dont go away at all...but they really have not went away. I get 2 or more errors everyday. What should I do? I dont think the company has any anwers as to why I am getting errors all the time but if that's the case why dont they just say that and offer me my money back? I need some advice on this please. What would you do if you were in my shoes? thanks everyone.

Antivirus software is too important to be getting errors about - I would suggest trying another product - I have heard very good things about AVG (free), but my current favorite is Zone Alarm. Good luck.

Just forget about getting your money back, they won't. Instead tell all your friend what garbage it is. Then since you already paid and now you expect your computer to be well protected, protect it. AVG (free.grisoft.com) is a top-line antivirus program that costs nothing for home users -- that's what I use. ClamAV is another free program that I've heard nothing but good things about.

if it was me i would just forget that and get a free antivirus app like avast and try it ...some viruses will disable certain antivirus software also ... but that may be going too far ... it would help to know what the errors are ...

I have been in your shoes before. There are programs out there for free that can get rid of stuff quickly. I am using right now Ad-Aware SE Personal and Spybot S&D, both are doing good for me. Also AVG Free Edition is good, but does not catch everything that some other programs mentioned above will catch.
