Yes!! Neptune has the strongest winds of any planet in the solar system, with estimates as high as 2,500 km/h or 1,500 mph.

Winds average 2500 mph but is most of the atmosphere of Neptune is hydrogen and helium so we couldn't breathe it and live anyway.

if there is wind on neptune with i dont doubt, then wouldnt humans be able to live on there, except its too far from the sun for humans. But does that mean aliens?

Sure, Neptune has an atmosphere. The atmosphere may not be suitable to support life, but it's still an atmosphere, so there is weather.

When Voyager flew by, we snapped a few images and then compared them. Relative to the planets size we were able to estimate the speed of the clouds at about 1500 mph.
