I first seen him in What's Eating Gilbert Grape. He did a superb job in playing a mentally challenged(I don't like the word retarded) boy and Johnny Depp played his brother. The Titanic was when I really noticed how handsome and charming he is. The Titanic is truly an unforgettable love story in part because of him playing the character Jack Dawson. The other movies that I really enjoyed him in was The Aviator, The Basketball Diaries, Gangs of New York, and Catch Me If You Can.

it was either a movie called This Boy's Life or What's Eating Gilbert Grape. either way i have seen just about everything he's been in and he's an awesome actor. The Aviator was really good.

The first time I saw him was in that movie Whats Eating Gilbert Grape. Its a really good movie. Leonardo plays a retarded boy. Man, what a good actor. If you havent seen it yet, get it. Its an older one. This movie also has Johnny Depp in it. He plays leonardo's brother.

"Growing Pains".
And then of course he made that movie (overrated if you ask me) "Titanic".
I think he really showed his acting prowess more on, "The Departed" & "The Aviator".
Both which I felt showed his range. But as for his 'cute' factor, I'm not like a fanatic or anything=P
