ok so i want to get my 11 almost 12 year old daughter a laptop.She wants a apple laptop but right now i cant aford that.What kind of laptop should i get her and where should i get it??Remenber i am on a budget this christmas!

Dell and many other vendors offer laptop leasing programs and 0% APR purchasing programs. This is better than purchasing a "low end" laptop that is out of date.

I used to be a school district technology coordinator. Parents would cut corners and purchase old computers that couldn't run the free educational programs offered by the district. Why even bother purchasing a PC if you can't educate children with it? :o

Cheapest laptops can be found on Tiger Direct (www.tigerdirect.com or www.tigerdirect.ca). Look at the Overstock section on the top menu.

They also have alot of Pentium III refurbished laptops. They're great for simply browsing the internet and reading emails.

hey i love mac! And i m using one now. my bro aged 18 got this for me and i m 15.
You can buy them on ebay with cheaper price and dont use PC laptop, they are always crashed!!!!!!! And that costs you more to buy again and again or repair again or again!

Pretty cheap... Buy it at circuit city and best buy... or
online for much chaper offer...
