The best one in the last few years was the Ring. The Japanese and North American Versions are great! True horror flicks!
Of all time the one and only one that scares me still is the Exorcist!

Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the old one). There's just something about older horror movies like that. They just don't make them like that any more.
