I need a specific incident where someone has tried to ban a book with who, where, why, what happened.

I also need an article on the top 5 reasons why books are banned.

I know why, i just have to have it in an article.

Well davinchy code was banned in the arabian countries including Lebanon. It was banned after the patriarch announced that he refuses it and that it's against religion and jesus. But, a small quanttity of books entered Lebanon without permission.

there was a book written in the 40s called thin air. it was banned by the u.s. government and had to be rewritten as fiction. it was called the philadelphia experiment and there was a movie about it with the same name. a friend of mine, who was in the military, told me about the book that was banned about 10 years before the movie came out. barnes and noble also have a list. oh yeah, the reason it was banned is because it was a military experiment gone wrong. just like introducing lsd and meth to the american people, they make no mistakes.
