Affirmative Action is BS. It is what gives the minorities extra money for school or what will cause an employer to hire someone that is less qualified so they can have a racially balanced work place.

A White person, and A Black person are filling out the same job application. The White person has more exp. for the job, but because The Black person can scream racism, The Black person will get the job. That's Affirmative Action!

Affirmative Action is essentially rewarding someone for being born a woman or black or hispanic. A "minority" they like to call them. It promotes racism and laziness and is despicable.

basically hiring someone because of their race or gender because you don't enough to look good.
it is not a quote. there is nothing that says you have to have at least five blacks and 7 women working for you.
it mostly affects government jobs and schools.
white women benefit the most from affirmative action.
some people here will call it "reverse discrimination" discrimination is discrimination no matter who it is towards. maybe that's why in British English it is call "positive discrimination"

It is the giving of a job to a person just because of that persons race, gender, disability, etc. Doesn't matter how qualified for the job that person happens to be.

Affirmative Action allows black people to get jobs that they have no quilifcations for and allow them to go to college that would not have accepted them because of there grades and ACT scores
