Forget those generators.... they suck. To do it yourself, just insert this at the beginning of the text: <---- you can change the number, a higher one being a bigger font. And then insert this at the end of the text you want to change:
The one for color is like this: TEXT

You need to use a code maker like Thomas's myspace editor. Here is the link. www.strikefile.com/myspace/
With Thomas's you can even add a background picture, but only with a code from a photo hosting site like photbucket.com
