I'm a 26-year-old male in good physical condition. My question is when my girlfriend and I were just playing around, by that I mean she’s on top of me rubbing her pelvis against my penis, when we were done I had blood coming from the tip of my penis. I think my penis got rubbed too hard and the skin connecting the head to the rest of my penis snapped and started bleeding. When i urniate, there is itchiness and pain because of that.
Please let me know what can be done. Thanks!

You may have torn the small piece of tissue that is found at the base of the penis.
Bathe regularly and pay particular attention to that area, washing it well.
Make sure you dry your penis well and apply antibiotic ointment or cream.
You may want to use tissue instead of shaking so to keep that last drop out of your underwear and lending itself to keeping things too moist and breeding bacteria that will hinder your healing.
This will probably take a few days so be patient and in the future be alittle more careful.

That must have been one busy sex session. Wow....!

Hey, little pain ain't gonna bother nobody. Nothin' to worry about 'cuz you have perfect health, you did not 'fool around' with ladies of the night (for cash exchange) etc... (right?) If this is true, there are no chances of infection.

Then, this is a genuine pleasure you had but you both just overdid it a little. That's part of having fun. Sports injury, I guess.

The hurt during urination is because it is an open sore. Your urine is very acidic (I guess you knew that). Imagine rubbing acid on an open wound, how will that feel? That's what this is. Just give it a couple of days. That little (!) bugger will be back functioning again.

Next time, put some baby oil on that guy. Let your girl do the same to her hotbox. The pleasure will be tenfold..........I betcha.

Start using a penis health creme man. These cremes are made specifically for the penis skin and treat all sorts of minor skin irritations down there. They will also condition your penis skin so this type of thing is less likely to happen again. These cremes are legit. I use one every day and I love it.

Neosporin if it is an external wound. If it's near the opening, you may need some professional help if it doesn't heal up in a day or so.

Play safe next time!

See a uroligist. Make sure you did not damage the lining of your urethra. Also, use lube, even when fooling around.

Gosh, not having sex until it heals :-) Using lub next time you start the rubbing action would prevent this I suspect. JMO :-)
